Modesto Smiles staff provided the most attentive, helpful, accommodating service I have received in many years, regardless of business type. I called with a fairly immediate dental need but only had ~8 days to get it done. The front desk staff got me in for an exam the day I called. I already knew I needed at least one root canal. The exam confirmed another dentist’s recommendation of a double. Ugh! The team worked it so I was able to get the surgery, crowns and days to be sure it was all set before I left the country again. From everything I witnessed, the team works as a true team; working to care for of as many people needed medical attention as possible. If you have time, sure, have them reach out to your insurance company to get the plan checked and provide actual costs expected, but if you need something done as much as I did, MS was able to provide me a good faith estimate. My insurance didn’t cover as much as expected but the service provided and the improvement in my situation within the timeline I needed makes me feel content.
